    I run a four chair practice. When I bought it there were no real systems, and I was left to search through piles of USB sticks, Google documents and paper to make sense of how the practice was running.

    Turns out it was run by a few staff members who held all the information in their heads, so we ran the risk of those systems walking out the door with them if they ever left.

    Piece by piece I documented and implemented systems, but they were still scattered across spreadsheets, group chats and paper checklists.

    DentalReady is the tool I wished I had: the operations layer that sits alongside your PMS and turns scattered routines into something the whole team can actually follow.
