    How to request deletion of your DentalReady data

    Delete Your Data

    If you signed in with Facebook or Google and would like your data removed from DentalReady, you can request deletion by emailing us. We will delete all personal data associated with your account within 30 days.

    How to Request Deletion

    1. Send an email to privacy@dentalready.com.au from the email address associated with your account
    2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
    3. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days

    What Gets Deleted

    • Your account and login credentials
    • Profile information (name, email, role)
    • Assessment responses and learning progress
    • Attendance records and photos
    • Any other personal data stored in our system

    Some data may be retained if required by Australian law (e.g. employment records under the Fair Work Act). We will inform you if any data must be retained and for how long.
