    How to request deletion of your DentalReady data

    Delete Your Data

    If you have a DentalReady account and would like your data removed, you can request deletion regardless of how you sign in. We will process a valid request within 30 days and delete the account and personal data that DentalReady is permitted to delete.

    How to Request Deletion

    1. Send an email to privacy@dentalready.com.au from the email address associated with your account
    2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
    3. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days

    What Gets Deleted

    • Your account and login credentials
    • Profile information (name, email, role)
    • Assessment responses and learning progress
    • Attendance records and photos, where they are not subject to a retention requirement
    • Other personal data DentalReady controls and is permitted to delete

    Some practice-controlled operational, employment, financial, or clinical records may remain with the relevant practice for its lawful business, patient-care, and record-keeping obligations. DentalReady or the practice may also retain information where a legal or contractual requirement applies (for example, employment records under the Fair Work Act). We will tell you what is retained, why, and for how long when we respond to your request.
