We respond within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, AEST). Please include the email address associated with your account and, if relevant, a screenshot of the issue.
Make sure your practice owner has invited you and that you're using the same email address. If you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot password on the login screen to receive a reset link. If the reset link doesn't open the app, check your spam folder and tap the link from your phone rather than a desktop browser.
Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the error persists, fully close the app, check your internet connection, and reopen. If it still fails, email support@dentalready.com.au with your device model and iOS version.
Your practice owner sends you an invite link from the Staff section of their dashboard. Open the link on your phone and it will take you through setting a password and opening the Staff app. If your invite has expired, ask your owner to resend it.
In the Staff app, open Leave from the menu, tap Request leave, choose the dates and reason, and submit. Your practice owner is notified and can approve or decline from their dashboard.
The kiosk uses a rolling token from your practice owner. If it rejects clock-ins, ask your owner to re-open the kiosk from their dashboard to refresh the token. You also need to be on a roster for the day you're trying to clock in.
